Stafford Library
Friends of the Stafford Library:
The Friends of the Stafford Library is a nonprofit organization that supports the Stafford Library. The Friends provide funding for the Library’s annual Summer Reading Program, the Museum Pass program, downloadable e-book collection, and other services of the Stafford Library as well. They raise money for the Library by:
  • Holding an annual book sale in early July on the same day as the Stafford Summer Fest
  • Holding an annual cookie sale in December
  • Selling personalized bricks for the Library entryway in honor of family members and friends
  • Selling used books online
"Stfbooks" and "Stafford FOL" are the seller names under which the Friends of the Stafford Library sells books and other related items (e.g., audiobooks, CDs, VHS tapes, DVDs, computer software, etc.) that are donated to the Friends of the Stafford Library in Stafford, Connecticut. Items offered for sale come from individual patron donations, estates, or, more rarely, from books that have been withdrawn from the library’s collection (ex-library books are clearly noted in the descriptions). All proceeds after fees and shipping costs go to the Friends of the Stafford Library.
